These Terms form an agreement between you and GSM Assist. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy.
Professional and authorized use
You may use GSM Assist only for lawful repair, diagnostics, education and service operations on devices you own or are specifically authorized to service. You are responsible for checking ownership, customer identity and consent, keeping authorization records, protecting customer data, making backups where appropriate and following applicable law and manufacturer requirements.
Account rules
Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, shared or used concurrently by another person. Keep credentials and OTPs confidential. GSM Assist may terminate previous sessions, require re-verification, limit attempts, suspend access or investigate activity that indicates sharing, fraud or security risk.
Content, tools and results
Guides, news, prices, compatibility information and tool data may change or contain errors. Verify information before acting. Third-party tools and services remain subject to their own terms. GSM Assist does not authorize pirated software, malicious tools or unlawful circumvention, and does not guarantee repair success, data preservation, availability, compatibility or profitability.
Fees, subscriptions and credits
Prices, taxes, validity periods, included features and required credit balances will be shown before purchase. Credits are a limited contractual right to use eligible GSM Assist services; they are not money, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and may expire only when the purchase terms clearly state an expiry. Viewing balance-gated content does not deduct credits unless the interface clearly states a charge and asks for confirmation.
Prohibited activity
You must not use GSM Assist for stolen or lost devices without authorization; credential theft; unauthorized lock, account or security bypass; unlawful surveillance; IMEI or identity manipulation contrary to law; malware; fraud; harassment; piracy; attacks on networks or services; scraping that violates rights or terms; or sharing protected GSM Assist content or accounts.
Intellectual property and submissions
GSM Assist content, organization and software are protected by applicable rights. A membership gives limited, revocable, non-transferable access for internal professional use. If you submit feedback or corrections, you permit us to use them to operate and improve GSM Assist, but you retain ownership of your original material.
Service changes and availability
GSM Assist may add, modify, restrict, replace, suspend or discontinue any feature, data source, guide, tool integration, credit requirement, plan or all or part of the service at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice when a material change affects an active paid period, where practical. Continuous availability, preservation of any particular feature and uninterrupted third-party integrations are not guaranteed. If we permanently discontinue paid access before the period specifically promised to you, any remedy or refund required by applicable law or the published Refund Policy will remain available.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, payment fraud, account sharing, security threats or conduct that risks users or the service. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Sections that logically survive termination, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability and dispute provisions, continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSM Assist is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of data, device damage or third-party tool actions arising from reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, law and contact
Material changes will be posted with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified to users. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India, without limiting non-waivable statutory remedies.
