This policy explains how GSM Assist collects and uses personal data when you visit the site, create an account, purchase access, contact support or use technician services.
Data we collect
We may collect your name, email, phone number, business/shop name, country, state, city, optional address, Telegram or WhatsApp details, verification status, subscription and credit records, support communications, content activity, security events, coarse network identifiers, browser information and payment references. Payment providers should process complete payment credentials; GSM Assist should retain only necessary references and status information.
Why we use it
We use data to create and secure accounts, verify identity details, prevent duplicate or shared accounts, provide paid and protected services, process transactions, answer support, maintain records, detect abuse, improve content and comply with law. Necessary account, security and service messages are not promotional messages.
Updates and promotions
Promotional email or messaging updates are sent only when you separately opt in. Consent is optional and may be withdrawn by emailing us. Refusing promotional consent does not prevent account creation or necessary service notices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own advertising. Limited data may be processed by vendors that operate hosting, email delivery, payments, security, backups, analytics or support for GSM Assist, or disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a lawful business transfer. Providers should receive only what is necessary and be subject to appropriate obligations.
Retention and security
We retain data only as long as reasonably required for accounts, services, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Some transaction and security records may remain after account closure. We apply access controls, hashed credentials, session controls and logging, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible data, withdraw optional marketing consent, or raise a grievance by emailing ithelpthedoctor@outlook.com. We may need to verify your identity. Certain data may be retained where law or legitimate security, accounting or dispute needs require it.
Cookies and age
Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember language settings and protect sessions. Optional analytics or advertising cookies will require any consent applicable at deployment. Accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older.
